Complete Re-Roofs.

Depending on the type of roofing, you can expect your roof to last anywhere from Twenty to Thirty years, and even sometimes longer! Assuming it was installed and cared for properly of course. When we do a Re-Roof it is exactly as it sounds, we come in and build you a high quality, professionally installed, brand new roof. We start out by offering you a free, competitive estimate for your new roof.

An Estimate includes an All Season Roofing Representative coming out and assessing the roof, to determine whether or not the roof needs to be completely redone, or just needs to be repaired or cleaned to be brought back to life. If we do need a new roof, Our professionals are trained to feel out and see if there is any rotted plywood decking that needs to be replaced, or whether or not there is plywood decking at all, ensuring our estimates are the most accurate.

If you have any questions or are curious on the process, the materials, or why roofs are installed the way they are, Check out our Process page here:

Roof Cleaning.

Sometimes your roof can look older than it is with moss, algae, lichen, or debris build up and all it needs is a little TLC to make it look brand new. We recommend cleaning your roof once or twice a year. Keeping your roof clean is crucial to the longevity of your roof. Things like debris build up can cause a dam where water can sit and even travel backwards up through the roof creating leaks that were otherwise easily avoidable. Even Moss, lichen and algae do more harm than just making your roof look old and worn out. These fungi are living organisms that will actually eat through your composite roofing shingles over time. So if you want not only a pristine look but also a long-lasting roof, we strongly recommend that you take care of your roof, because in the Pacific NorthWest we rely on our roofs to take care of us.
